LAKOZE is a web design agency based in Rose-Hill, Mauritius. We are the data controller for the personal data you submit through this website.

When you use our contact form, we collect:

• • Your name — so we know who we're talking to.
• • Your contact details — phone, WhatsApp, or email, so we can reply.
• • What you need — your message, so we can help.
• • The page you sent the enquiry from — so we understand your interest.

We process your enquiry data on the basis of your consent (you chose to submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated. We do not process your data for any purpose you didn't reasonably expect.

Your enquiry is stored in a database run by Supabase, hosted in the European Union (Ireland). When it arrives, an email notification containing what you submitted is sent to us through Resend, an email delivery service based in the United States. This website is hosted by Hostinger, which keeps standard technical server logs. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also receives usage data (see section 7). Some of these providers may process data outside Mauritius. By submitting the form, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in such jurisdictions. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

We keep enquiry data for 24 months after your last contact with us, then delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

Under the Data Protection Act 2017, you have the right to:

• • Access the personal data we hold about you.
• • Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• • Ask us to delete your data.
• • Withdraw your consent at any time.
• • Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Office of Mauritius.

We use cookies for analytics only — see our Cookie Policy for details. If you accept them, analytics records which pages you view and that a contact button (phone, WhatsApp or email) was tapped or the enquiry form was sent — never what you type into it. We do not use cookies to sell your data or track you across other websites.
