A LAKOZE concept build — a demonstration piece, not a client project.
A premium car-detailing studio in Mauritius built its reputation on finish quality alone — but every enquiry still needed the same back-and-forth to explain what a ceramic coating actually involves and why the price depends on the vehicle.
A detailing job depends on the car's make, size and condition, so a single price list was never going to be honest. But without any guidance, a visitor had no way to know what 'ceramic coating' or 'paint preparation' even meant, or what to have ready before asking for a quote.
A Kroissans build: a six-treatment service menu that explains what each one actually does before asking for a quote, a single-light 'selected work' gallery that makes the finish the argument, a four-step process explanation (Assess, Prepare, Refine, Protect), and an FAQ that answers 'what do you need from me for a quote' before a visitor has to ask.
The target outcome: quote requests tracked from launch, measured in the 60-day review against how many actually convert to a booked vehicle.
“A detailing studio can't publish one price for six different cars. What it can do is make sure every quote request arrives already knowing what it's asking for.”
