Appointment requests for a Mauritius nail studio

Appointment requests for a Mauritius nail studio

A LAKOZE concept build — a demonstration piece, not a client project.

Situation

A solo nail professional in Mauritius built a loyal client base entirely through Instagram DMs and word of mouth — but every request, time, and price still got confirmed in scattered WhatsApp threads with no structure behind them.

Problem

A new client browsing Instagram has no easy way to see what's actually offered, no portfolio to point at when describing what they want, and no clear next step beyond 'send a DM and hope for a reply.' Every enquiry still needed the same manual back-and-forth before a service, a time, or a price was confirmed.

Approach

A Kroissans build: a services list with pricing confirmed per request rather than guessed upfront, a portfolio of finishes to reference when planning a set, a step-by-step process explanation so a first-time client knows what to expect, and a WhatsApp-first appointment request form that routes straight to the one person actually doing the work.

Intended outcome

The target outcome: appointment requests tracked from day one, measured in the 60-day review against how many Instagram DMs turn into an actual request versus a conversation that goes nowhere.

“A one-person business doesn't need a calendar full of fake time slots — it needs a request that already says what, and leaves only 'when' to confirm.”
